TimeHeaven - Streamlined Tool for Efficient Project Execution

TimeHeaven - Streamlined Tool for Efficient Project Execution

Context

In an increasingly dynamic work environment, task management tools often fall short of catering to diverse professional needs. Professionals across industries demand flexible solutions to handle diverse workflows, whether in tech, marketing, design, or operations. A unified platform that streamlines task management while integrating seamlessly into existing systems is essential to meet these demands.

Process

Secondary Research

The development process began with Secondary research and Generating AI Personas, involving competitor analysis of tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello. This research uncovered significant gaps in task customization, automation, and workflow visualization. Insights from user personas guided the project’s direction: David emphasized the need for efficient resource allocation and detailed reporting, while Elena prioritized automation and deadline tracking. Saba highlighted the importance of visual boards and feedback-sharing capabilities, Michael sought better integration for campaign performance tracking, and Nina required streamlined workflows and operational automation.

In the wireframes and prototyping phase, low-fidelity wireframes were designed for task boards, dashboards, and notifications. Testing these prototypes revealed a need for more intuitive navigation and clearer visual hierarchies. Iterations focused on improving layout accessibility, enabling drag-and-drop functionality, and ensuring visual task overviews were user-friendly.
